6wk Series January 


This series will begin on the week of January 5th and will finish the week of February 9th

  • A yoga mat (if you have one)
  • Any props you like to use
  • A water bottle
  • Wear comfy clothes
  • Dress in layers

Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Make-up classes may be taken within the same series; please contact Sus to schedule.

Mondays 5:30 Flow + 7pm Slow Tuesdays 1:45pm Flow Wednesdays 6am + 6:30pm Flow
