A 2hr slow yoga, breathwork, meditation and journaling workshop
Join for a grounding class in the quiet days between Christmas and the New Year. We’ll move through slow and restorative yoga, simple breathwork, guided meditation, and a few short writing prompts to help you reconnect to yourself after the busyness of the holidays.
This session is designed to help you settle, reset, and feel more centered as you head into the new year.
